IP Software Skype Gateway
: SKYSTONE

StoneFax is a complete software solution including a robust fax server based on a fax to IP driver able to interoperate with Cisco IP Communication. A professional fax server grants substantial savings and it improves customer service and company image.

IP Fax driver: FAX2IP
Fax2IP driver is a software-only component able to potentially integrate any kind of traditional fax server solution into an IP telephony infrastructure based on any Cisco Voice Gateway. When the Fax2IP Driver is also integrated with Cisco IP Communication solution, it allows the trunks to the PSTN will be shared between FAX and Voice.

Software Audio Conference Bridge : MEETNOW AUDIO
MeetNow Audio is a software component able to integrate with any H.323 systems and allows Audio conferences scheduling through an easy graphic interface. MeetNow Audio engine supports up to 24 participants which may be invited to a conference by sending an email from the management interface. The email sent to participants contains general information about the scheduled conference plus an Invitation Number which will be used by MeetNow Audio to authenticate participants.

Voicemail and Unified - Integrated Messaging: SSAM
SSAM is an H.323 voicemail system which allows the user to manage his messages via telephone, email and web browser. SSAM collects voice messages when a user is not able to answer a call and allows him/her to access and manage these messages from anywhere, at any time, regardless of access device or media type.

AutoAttendant and IVR: IVR Manager
IVR Manager manages answering behaviors on Cisco Voice Gateways, allowing differentiated AutoAttendant services based on time of day, day of week, called number, etc.

Speedy 3.0 allows the users to add, delete and modify public and personal directories through a web interface. Contacts may also be managed directly through the IP phones.

Music on hold server and audio files manager: CONCERTO
Concerto is an application that was conceived to choose any kind of audio file as a Music On Hold for an IP Telephony solution based on Cisco CallManager Express/ UC500 from Cisco Systems™.
